I have the right to decline your commission no matter what the reason is.

I may take a while to respond due to my schedule, please be patient. If I didn’t respond you for a week, my manager will respond to you.

My turnaround time to complete a commission is 3 weeks or more depending on how complicated or the quantity.

My service isn’t available for third party system. Be honest of what you will use my service for.

Revisions only take up to 3 times, unless it’s the artist’s mistake.

Payment must be made upfront and will be made through paypal, vgen, and local bank (BCA).

You can do 50% deposit with minimum order $50 or IDR 500K. If you fail to fulfill there will be no refund.

There will be rush fee start from +25% if your commission has deadline depends on the due date.
